The sign language is a full and manual language generally used by deaf people. Each letter and each word has a special sound. The sign language has also a special syntax (words are not in the same order than in the ordinary language). Body language and facial expressions are very important to understand correctly what is said. The sign language is not universal and each country has generally its own language. The "french signed" is the using of signs from sign language but made on the syntax of the french language (in the same order).
